She contacted me after getting my info from a tour request of a house I was looking to rent, and proceeded to set up a dozen plus such tours over two different days. I cannot say enough about Melanie, she was a literal god send. My roommates and I had spent weeks looking for a place to move. We contacted many landlords with no luck. Even the popular websites and apps were not helping us at all. No one was responding to us and time was starting to run short. Thankfully one of the locations we requested for a tour was being run by Melanie. She reached out to us to ask if we would like any help and we could not have said yes any faster. Within three days she had set up tours of more than ten locations. Although on the first go around we did not find anything that worked for us, Melanie kept at it. She listened to us and knew what we were looking for. A week later she had another dozen tours set up. This time we found the perfect space for us that even had a guest bedroom! With all the stress that goes on with figuring out a move Melanie made it all so much easier. With clear communication she was able to get us into contact with the landlord and got all the paperwork in order for us to sign and be moved in right on time. Without Melanie none of this would have been possible. If I ever have someone come to me asking for help with finding a place to live the first person I will get them in contact with is Melanie.
