• Scheduling a home inspection and facilitating access to the home
• Negotiating repairs, if needed, and creating amendments to contract
• Obtaining required Home Owner’s Association documents
• Facilitating the appraisal and survey process
• Obtaining the required survey affidavit from the seller
• Obtaining Austin’s required energy audit from the seller
• Reviewing the title commitment and survey for potential issues
• Recommending professional home warranty and insurance companies
• Scheduling the closing with title company
